Shipping Policies

Thank you for your order, after placing a website order on www.crystalvibes.shop a confirmation email will be sent to you. Our current order processing time is 12-14 business days. Please note Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days nor are Holidays. Once your order has shipped a confirmation email will be sent to you via email, in this email will be your tracking number. Delivery time all depends on the location of where the package is being delivered too.That being said sometimes due to holidays, or high volume times the mail courier's can be delayed. Please email our team at crystal.vibes2017@gmail.com if you may have any additional questions or concerns. Crystal Vibes Inc. is not responsible for any taxes or duties on shipments. Crystal Vibes Inc. is not responsible for stolen packages.

Return and Exchange Policy 

Crystal Vibes Inc. does not accept returns or exchanges, all sales are final. Please contact us via email if you have any problems with your order, crystal.vibes2017@gmail.com

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please take pictures of your parcel both before and after you open it. We will need these photos to file an insurance claim with our shipping courier. After receiving the photos of the damaged item(s), we will issue you a store credit or send you replacement item(s).

If by chance, you receive items you did not order, please contact us immediately so we can send you the correct items.

Lost Shipment

If your package gets lost in the mail system please contact us and we will file a claim with the shipping company. Crystal Vibes is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. If we win the claim for the lost and/or stolen shipment we will refund you in full. If we do not win the claim Crystal Vibes cannot issue a refund, but we will send over a shop credit for you to use on our website.
